after only having my braces for 2 years, this place was the greatest experience ever. no regrets, no bad experiences, AMAZING staff ever. Thank you Dr. Mai! you made me love to smile and made me feel reassured that this place will give me the greatest smile and they did! everything went so smoothly and so easy. My parents liked everything about this place and even my sibling went here. I highly highly recommend, Thank you again!
I had an incredible experience here at win orthodontist! Amber was very friendly and fun to be around. Dr Mai was very smart and didn’t make things awkward at all!
If I could give this place a million stars I would. From the moment I talked to them on the phone to the first visit and consultation they were so nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Amber is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic and down to earth. Dr. Mai is very straightforward and very welcoming and laid out the options for my treatment. He was honest all while making me feel comfortable. I’d highly recommend to anyone needing braces to come here.
Yessie is the best dental assistant there!!! She's so kind and makes sure that i'm not in pain. She's so nice and the rest of the staff makes it easy to sign in and set appointments. I would recommended this office even if it isn't in your area. Dr. Mai is a great ortho and his results shows he has a passion for what he does. Yessie makes it easy to make conversations and is so much sweet.
Love the staff there and they really work hard to make your experience easy and nice to experience while they turn your teeth into the best you’ve ever seen them before
Dr Mai and his assistant Amber is amazing! Through out the whole process of explaining and what need to be done for my daughter as she will have her braces treatments very clear . Amber was so sweet she spent extra time to help me fill out my secondary insurance so I can get reimbursed. I’m glad to found this office for my daughter get her braces done!
This office experience is incredible. No long waits or holds, no sorry for the wait type of stuff. My daughter has braces and I just finished my in house clear aligners. I highly recommend the in house form of Invisalign. We were treated like royalty with excellent prices, care packages and bubbly, excited and caring staff. The Dr. is very professional and open to listening to any question or desire you have about your teeth. My daughter look like a different person!! He is fast also, doesn't seem to be in it for pride or money funny business at all!
Incredible customer service and profesionalism on my first day at Dr. Mai’s office! Amber was my treatment coordinator and she was really amazing! It only took my one appointment to sign up for braces! After both my children were patients at this practice and had amazing results, it was only natural for me to follow! Yes, I will have braces approaching my 50’s and I’m super excited about the process! I would highly recommend Dr Mai and the team here!
